** Tuition plan includes classes on our regular class schedule only.  The Musical Theater Program, private lessons, drop-in classes, adult classes, extra rehearsals, etc will be charged at a separate rate.

Additional fees that can be expected are recital tickets and optional items such as attire, snacks, and events.

  • The annual tuition fee includes registration, season curriculum/instruction, recital t-shirt, and digital download of the recital video.

  • ​We offer a family based tuition plan.  Please add the total hours per week that your family is enrolled to calculate your monthly tuition installment. To qualify for our family plan, dancers must be siblings who reside at the same physical address.

  • Tuition is based on an annual fee and is payable as one payment at registration or in  9 equal monthly installments (Sept - May). 

 

  • Tuition installments are due on the 1st of every month.  A late fee of $15 will be added on the 8th of the month. 

​

  • Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another student. 

 

  • Dancers with accounts more than 30 days past due will not be permitted to participate in class.

 

  • ADC accepts cash, checks, bank transfer, and credit cards.  We also offer online account management and autopay.

 

  • A fee of $25 will be added to your account for all returned checks.  After the 2nd returned check, only cash payments will be accepted on your account.

 

  • We understand the complexity that comes with parents who live in separate households.  However, we require one parent be responsible for the tuition account.  We are unable to split a tuition bill in half or bill parents separately.

 

  • 2 weeks written notice of withdrawal from ADC is required.  Your account will continue to be charged until withdrawal form has been submitted.  Tuition will not be refunded for missed classes.

 

  • Classes cancelled due to weather are non-refundable.  Weather cancellations are built into the curriculum and make-up classes are not typically scheduled. Dancers may attend a comparable class on our schedule if they would like to make up the cancellation.

 

  • Classes missed due to student absences are non-refundable.  Students may make up missed classes as indicated in our attendance policy.

 

  • Recital costumes cost approximately $70 - $110 each.  Plan for one costume per dance class.   Additional accessories and shoes may be required at an additional cost.  A deposit of $30 per costume will be due Oct 1 and Nov 1.  the balance will be due Jan 1.  Costume payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another student.  

 

  • Accounts must be current to receive costumes and participate in the recital.

​

  • Occasionally, a performance class will require an additional prop fee.
